Welcome to RideVaam ("we," "our," or "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RideVaam website ("Website"), mobile application ("App"), and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

2.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.


2.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Using the Services

3.1 Booking a Ride

Our Services allow you to request transportation from drivers ("Drivers"). When you book a ride, you agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations and pay the applicable fare.


3.2 User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You will not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the Services to harm or harass others.
  • Interfere with the operation of our Services.

4. Driver and Rider Responsibilities

4.1 Drivers

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Vaam. Drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles, following traffic laws, and providing safe transportation to Riders.


4.2 Riders

As a Rider, you are responsible for ensuring accurate information is provided when booking rides, treating Drivers respectfully, and paying for the services rendered.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Payments

When you book a ride, you authorize Vaam to charge your payment method for the fare and any applicable fees, taxes, or surcharges. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


5.2 Cancellation Fees

If you cancel a ride after a Driver has been dispatched, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

6. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, or credits. These are subject to specific terms and may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaam is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in any class actions.


8.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of HM Government.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our Website and App are the intellectual property of Vaam or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our Website or App. Continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
